Summary: A. Franklin Woodward advertised that he was selling houses and lots on Main Street, the Courthouse square, and Frosttown. All transactions would take place with cash or slaves.
TWO of the best buildings, situated on Main street, and in a central part of this city. Also one house, situated on Courthouse square; one house and four Lots, situated in Frosttown, below the Arsenal, which is a beautiful residence for a private family, and is now rented for $75 per month; and one Lot, with a frame on it, situated on the bank of the Bayou. All of which will be sold low, for cash or negroes.
