Summary: A.P. James advertised that he would sell a house and stores on Market Street. Gave a detailed description of the rooms and outbuildings. Said he would take cash, slaves, or merchandise as payment.


THE subscriber will sell for cash, Negroes or Merchandise a large and commodious dwelling house and stores on market street, in this city, near Hitchcock & Co's. store.--The building has been recently erected in modere[sic] style and contains two stores, a pair of parlours with holding doors two bedrooms, dining room, and store room, lit chain with fire place and oven, and the necessary out buildings, well, [illegible word], &c. apply to sept16tf A P JAMES.
