Summary: A. F. James advertised that he was selling a house and two stores in central Galveston. He would accept payment in either cash or merchandise.


THE subscriber offers for sale a desirable Dwelling House and two stores in a central part of the city, paying 25 per cent per annum on the purchase money. The above will be sold for cash or negroes, or part cash and balance on short time, or will take good merchandize in payment.
